Projects funded under Decent Affordable Homes Phase One
Bringing Empty Properties into Use
We’ve awarded funding of over £1.7 million to charitable organisations around the UK to help bring empty properties back into use as genuinely affordable and good quality homes for people in need. We also raised awareness of the benefits of this work with other funders, government and policymakers to leverage more support.

Improving the Private Rented Sector
Our strategic outcome was to improve the living conditions of vulnerable tenants in private rented sector homes. We funded the following organisations:
