Understanding how taxes on land and property are used in Wales

The Bevan Foundation, supported by the Nationwide Foundation, has begun work to raise awareness of taxation powers and how they could be used as a public policy tool to create a more equitable housing system. This new research raises awareness of Welsh Government’s taxation powers and provides new insight about the Welsh housing system.
