Help deliver more affordable homes

We help deliver more affordable homes by backing innovative, socially driven approaches that increase supply and improve access to decent housing. Through targeted investment, partnerships and evidence-building, we support new ways of delivering homes – strengthening the housing system and creating lasting impact for people and communities.

Built with Social Purpose

Built with Social Purpose backs a national cohort of small, socially driven developers to deliver genuinely affordable homes. By providing funding, practical support and a shared learning platform, the project helps overcome barriers to land, finance and capacity – while generating evidence to build a more diverse and resilient housing system.

Empty Homes

The Empty Homes Project brings long-term empty properties back into use as safe, affordable homes for people in urgent housing need. Working with community-led partners, it combines social investment and grant funding in an evergreen model – recycling capital to deliver lasting impact and scale over time.
