Private Renting Knowledge Hub - Evidence, Collaboration, Change

Evidence, Collaboration, Change

Led and funded by the Nationwide Foundation, the Private Renting Knowledge Hub is a research-led initiative dedicated to building long-term, system-wide change for the private rented sector (PRS).

The Hub brings together research and policy to explore how the sector currently operates, the conditions that shape it, the opportunities for transformation and the potential impacts of change, so we can improve the experiences of renters.

By connecting decision-makers with robust evidence and building collaboration amongst housing and policy networks, the Private Renting Knowledge Hub supports lasting and meaningful reform to the private rental system, ensuring it works fairly and effectively for all.
