The Affordability of Community-Led Homes

The lack of affordable homes in the UK causes significant harm, exacerbating poverty and putting greater strain on the welfare system. A growing movement of community-led housing is putting residents in control of development and ownership, and results from this new research show that 91 per cent of the community-led homes studied were genuinely affordable.
